today i attended sea's first 1st grade field trip...a play to watch the sound of music...i love this musical and "so long farewell" actually made me cry remembering this moment caught in a series of photos (sea actually did this little routine of singing the gretal part inching her way backwards up the stairs to our apartment EVERY TIME we went upstairs right before story was born)...sea is holding her favorite little white tiger "goggin" who has since been lost...
and then of course resting her head at the top so someone would carry her to bed...
